This is a very exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing company and be a part of the pioneering team of agents for our call center. Since this is a new line of business, your career advancement potential is huge. This is a VERY stable account as the client has been with us for a long time already, and the call center is already operational.

If you’re tired of being an “anonymous employee” at a large call center, then consider working with us. The employees, owner and managers of MT-STAT Inc. have always felt more like a family who work together than a business. We will maintain this closeness as we add call center agents to “our family”.

For Immediate Hiring: CALL CENTER AGENTS

Requirements
- MUST have at least one year experience working in a call center.
- Possess excellent English and interpersonal skills.
- Speak with an American accent (or close to it).
- Must be a TEAM PLAYER, willing to help out as needed, and be flexible.
- Willing to work the night shift—this is NOT a “shifting position”. This will be a permanent night shift so your body can adjust to the schedule, instead of how many call centers bounce employees around: day, swing and night shifts.
Eventually we plan to add other accounts during the day shift, but for now it’s ONLY the night shift.

Salary will be determined based on experience and skills but we guarantee a starting salary of AT LEAST P15,000 per month plus incentives.

Employees with more experience will earn more than P15,000 per month. We believe in rewarding excellent employees with incentives, bonuses, raises and etc.

OUTBOUND SALES REPRESENTATIVE

RESPONSIBILITIES:
A SALES Representative handles sales and general customer inquiries like account status and product information on cars. Do some INBOUND and OUTBOUND calls.

QUALIFICATIONS
* We need candidates who are excellent in sales and familiar with cars.
• Dependable, keen on details and have strong customer service orientation.
• Candidates who have completed at least 2 years college course.
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Familiar with basic computer operations (MS-Office)
• Has an ability to handle irate customer situations effectively and empathize with customer with a courteous voice tone
• Has strong interpersonal skills and ability to think independently and follow through effectively.
• Willing to work on shifting schedule (Office operation hours is 24/7).
